Dominic

Having joined the Scouting movement at the age of 7, Dominic has a huge dose of enthusiasm for outdoor skills and having fun! He was a Scout leader for over 20 years and a Sea Cadet Civilian Instructor for 3 years. His bushcraft, pioneering, survival and seamanship skills have been gathered and developed over the past 30 years and, with on going internal and external training, he continues to develop new methods of delivering “back to basics” technology in a safe and exciting way.

Dominic is also a DofE (Duke of Edinburgh) Award Scheme Expedition Assessor for Bronze, Silver and Gold. Why not contact us if you would like Dominic to be the outside Assessor for your DofE expedition?

Louise

Louise was running a very successful pre-school in Kent before moving to North Derbyshire. The echoes of “please come back, we miss you” from Kent are rather loud, but Louise is staying with GetWise! She is working through her early years degree and has great ideas as well as superb qualifications, which are having a huge positive effect on our programme planning. She oozes enthusiasm for Early Years projects and is keen to work with other like minded practitioners.

Andy

Andy is passionate about sustainable living, environmental improvement and social development.   He has a ‘can do’ attitude, plenty of enthusiasm and the tenacity to find solutions to push sustainable development forwards.

Andy is fully up to date with Sustainable Land Use Level 3 National Certificate (incl. Permaculture Design Course and a M.A. Sustainable Development Advocacy (Merit)

Richard

Richard was in the Scouts almost before he could walk! He now holds the Silver Duke of Edinburgh award and just needs to get his paperwork signed off to get his Gold!
