Fire Procedure

Fire Procedure Policy

In the unlikely event of fire, the staff need to feel confident that the children will respond immediately and that the buildings will be evacuated safely, quickly and calmly.

To achieve this, a Fire Drill will be carried out at least once every week

The fire alarm is a continuous alarm.

A member of staff will be responsible for checking all the accessible areas to ensure no one is left in the building.

The duty Supervisor will gather the children along with any other members of staff and visitors in the lower lorry parking area (the assembly point)
